Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Performance Consultant in Colombia.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify organizational performance gaps and inefficiencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance, Marketing, or a relevant field
• Preferred: Management degree (MBA or PGDM)
• 5+ years of experience in organizational design, development, or consulting
• 3+ years of experience in technology solution environments
• Proficiency in data analysis and project management documentation
