Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Requirements Specialist who will support agile teams and enhance their efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide the team on Agile/Scrum practices and facilitate self-organization
• Assess and coach the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization
• Remove impediments and foster a safe environment for problem-solving

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in engineering or a business-related discipline
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in the Federal government
• Ability to work remotely with high accountability
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to maintain professional relationships
