Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager-Agile Scrum Master for a contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Servant Leader and Agile Coach for cross-functional development teams, guiding the application of Agile principles
• Facilitate core ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and alignment on delivery

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years as a Scrum Master in healthcare diagnostics or biotech
• Proven experience in Agile project delivery with distributed teams
• Strong healthcare/laboratory domain knowledge
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification are required
• Expertise in Agile metrics, Jira, and SDLC/DevOps concepts
