Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coding Analyst to develop and maintain code level benefit definitions for a multi-state organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and interpret complex regulations to ensure compliance and resolve conflicts
  • Create and maintain configuration templates to validate benefit requirements and regulations
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to teammates while participating in the annual benefit change process
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of five years of medical coding or billing experience
  • Managed Care experience, preferably in benefits coding or claims processing
  • Certified Medical Coder (CPC, RHIT, or RHIA) is required
  • Advanced knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-CM Codes
