Certified Energy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Energy Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage energy savings and performance contracting projects, providing technical analysis and project risk assessments
• Conduct building walk-throughs to identify energy conservation measures and develop scopes of work for consulting engineers
• Analyze utility company rate structures and assess the economic impacts of energy projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and five years of experience in Energy Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) certifications
• Knowledge and experience with HVAC, control, and electrical systems
• Proficiency with energy analysis tools and experience with cost and savings studies
• Additional preferred experience in commissioning, construction engineering, or electrical design
