Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct project intake sessions and assess processes for optimization initiatives
• Gather and analyze data on current processes, identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Develop business cases and present findings to stakeholders for resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of business analysis experience with a focus on process improvement
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
• Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis tools
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
