Sales Intern DineOut

Careem is building the Everything App for the greater Middle East, making it easier than ever to move around, order food and groceries, manage payments, and more. About the team

Careem is expanding its super app offering in KSA with the launch of Careem DineOut - a Food & Beverage (F&B) discovery engine that helps customers discover the finest restaurants in the city and save when dining in at select restaurants. We aim to become the one stop shop for the culinary scene in Riyadh by adding other services such as reservations. 

What you’ll do

Contribute to convincing Riyadh’s favorite restaurants to onboard on DineOut and for DineOut to become the leading culinary app in the city.  

  • Find new restaurants to sell DineOut to (e.g. from social media, field visits).
  • Hustle to find relevant points of contact information of the restaurant’s decision makers (e.g. outlet manager, operations manager, marketing manager, owner..).
  • Schedule meetings with decision-makers.
  • Conduct pitches to sell the Careem DineOut value proposition.
  • Conduct post-sales work (e.g. collecting documents, bank information etc.) and handover to the operations team.

  • Ability to reach decision-makers at key F&B outlets in Riyadh.
  • Ability to stay up to date with the latest F&B news in the Riyadh market.
  • Communicating effectively: You’re fluent in both English and Arabic, and you know how to connect with people in any language.
  • Embracing the hustle: You thrive in dynamic environments and are flexible with working hours to seize every opportunity.
  • Be a lifelong learner: You have a growth mindset and are eager to expand your skills and knowledge.
  • Can hit the road: Having a car and being able to drive around is essential for this role.
