Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, service, product, account management, or software sales in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Ability to interact with enterprise customer teams at various technical and non-technical levels
  • Project management experience with a focus on driving business value for customers
  • Data-driven mindset with a commitment to following processes
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
