Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Care Advocate Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate client call interactions and documentation for quality assurance
  • Provide feedback to Care Advocates based on audit results and performance evaluations
  • Identify trends and recommend process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in a customer care or call center environment
  • Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role preferred
  • General computer literacy
  • Internal applicants must have successful tenure at a level III, preferably as a Care Advocate
