We're on the hunt for an exceptional Office Manager who's also a natural Employee Experience Specialist and has a knack for HR Operations.   • Orchestrate Moments That Matter: You'll be the maestro behind our vibrant employee experience, designing and executing unforgettable in-person and virtual events across the US and LATAM ā€“ think epic team-building adventures, lively social gatherings, and revitalizing wellness programs that build genuine connections and boost morale.
  • Champion New Beginnings: Be the welcoming face and guiding hand for our newest team members, crafting seamless and engaging onboarding experiences that set them up for success from day one.
  • Elevate the Everyday: You'll be the go-to problem-solver, smoothing out administrative hurdles and ensuring our employees have what they need to thrive, creating an environment where they can focus on what they do best.
  • Command Central for Our Workplace: Take ownership of our office operations, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine. From curating delicious food and beverage options to managing our fantastic vendors and keeping our meeting spaces pristine, you'll be the guardian of our productive hub.
  • Tech Guru & Partner: Forge strong relationships with our IT vendors, ensuring our tech infrastructure supports our team seamlessly and that all their digital needs are met.
  • Budget Boss with a Creative Flair: You'll be the strategic mind behind our Employee Experience and office budgets, ensuring every dollar is invested wisely to maximize impact and fun!
  • First Impressions Master: Be the warm and professional face of our office, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.
  • HR Rockstar in the Making: Leverage your foundational HR knowledge and generalist experience to contribute to a supportive and thriving employee lifecycle.

šŸ”‘ What You Bring

To shine in this role, youā€™ll need:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience as an employee experience specialist at a high-tech company.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with great interpersonal skills, passion for excellent service, ability to multitask and work under pressure, and juggling multiple high-priority projects.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products.
  • Discretion in handling highly sensitive and confidential information.

Letā€™s make the world safer together! 

The pay range for this position in New York City is $80,000 - $100,000 + equity + benefits). Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
