Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative for a fully remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve complex inquiries from callers and contact center agents
• Take ownership of calls escalating beyond contact center agents
• Manage escalation log to ensure timely follow-up

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a call center or equivalent customer service position
• Experience with escalated or supervisory phone calls strongly preferred
• Ability to proof-read and edit written responses resulting in no spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors
