Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Financials Adaptive Planning Functional Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and configure Adaptive Planning models for budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice-wide knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Workday Financials, including 2+ years in Adaptive Planning
• Proven implementation experience across multiple Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning projects
• Strong understanding of Workday architecture, security, and business processes
• Workday Financials Core Certification and Adaptive Planning Certification required
• Experience managing senior customer stakeholders, such as CFOs and controllers
