Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Legal Regulatory Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on regulatory frameworks governing nutrition products, supplements, and labeling
• Review and approve advertising claims, promotional materials, and consumer disclosures
• Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers, retailers, and marketing agencies

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school; admitted and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
• 10+ years of combined law firm and in-house experience, particularly in consumer nutrition or supplements
• Expertise in FDA/FTC regulatory matters and consumer advertising law
• Proven experience supporting direct-to-consumer and retail business models
• Generalist fluency in commercial contracts and corporate governance
