Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their accounting team specializing in services for homeowners' associations (HOAs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform audit engagements from beginning to end and review engagement workpapers prepared by staff accountants
• Conduct tests of accounting records and perform detailed examinations of transactions to identify potential errors or fraud
• Prepare and review financial reports in compliance with industry standards and GAAP, and collaborate with HOA property managers and clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of professional audit and accounting experience
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and familiarity with HOA accounting standards
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
