Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, A/R and Self-Pay Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational leadership for the A/R and Self-Pay Center of Excellence
• Oversee billing, payment posting, denial-related A/R, and self-pay collections
• Drive process standardization, automation adoption, and operational excellence

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of leadership in revenue cycle operations with expertise in A/R and self-pay collections
• 5+ years managing large, cross-functional teams
• 5+ years of experience using performance data for strategic improvements
• 5+ years working with EHR and billing systems
• Experience supporting health systems or hospitals with direct client engagement
