Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Risk Specialist RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate clinical and non-clinical incident reports and provide follow-up
• Collaborate with clinical staff and hospital leadership to implement process improvements for patient safety
• Maintain documentation and identify trends related to risk events and patient data

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of acute care and regulatory experience
• Experience in data collection and risk management
• Current CA RN license
• Experience with adult education and project management
• Orientation to root cause analysis is helpful
