Job Summary

A company is looking for a full-time remote Child and Family Therapist (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC) licensed in California.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive ADHD assessments and intake evaluations for new patients and families
• Provide personalized treatment recommendations and referrals to community providers when appropriate
• Lead group therapy sessions, specifically Parent Training in Behavior Management for caregivers of children with ADHD and related conditions

Required Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional (LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW) with a master's degree in a relevant field
• Current licensure in California with openness to obtaining licensure in other states
• Experience in integrated care settings and using evidence-based approaches, particularly for pediatric ADHD
• Tech-savvy and eager to innovate in virtual care delivery
• Ability to work remotely from a secure location with strong internet access
