Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive redesign of field operations training strategy
• Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven content and training tools
• Manage a team of trainers and content creators while aligning training strategy with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Organizational Development, HR, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or operations leadership
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading training teams across multiple sites
• Strong project management skills with experience in change management
• Proven track record of implementing new training technologies
