Monitor inpatient and outpatient care services related to mental health and substance abuse treatment
Provide telephone triage, crisis intervention, and develop discharge plans in collaboration with providers
Participate in quality improvement activities and advocate for patient treatment needs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Current licensure in California as CEAP, LMSW, LCSW, LPC, RN, or LPN
Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or substance abuse settings
Knowledge of utilization management procedures and mental health community resources
Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings
Education requirements depend on certification, including Associate's in Nursing or Bachelor's/Master's in Social Work
