Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Services Supervisor, responsible for overseeing billing staff in the revenue cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee billing staff and manage revenue cycle tasks including collections and payment processing
• Assist in managing Accounts Receivable and ensure timely collections from various payers
• Track performance and quality measures, and assist in achieving departmental budget goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in a Physicians and/or Hospital Revenue Cycle position
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Preferred 8+ years of experience in a similar position with supervisory experience
• Preferred coding or Revenue Cycle related certification
