Key Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of programs focused on quality and operational excellence
• Ensure production and quality goals are met while managing daily work priorities
• Monitor service levels for compliance with metrics and standards, and support special projects

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
• 2+ years of experience in business operations, such as enrollment, billing, or customer service
• 2+ years of experience in a managed care and/or Medicare environment preferred
