Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Review operational and customer satisfaction metrics to identify performance trends
• Utilize tools to analyze quantitative and qualitative data and develop meaningful insights
• Coordinate data collection and integration from multiple sources and facilitate root cause analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or business operations
• Experience in contact center environments or with customer satisfaction metrics (preferred)
• Knowledge of statistical concepts and predictive modeling (preferred)
• Experience with tools such as Python and Power BI (a plus)
• Six Sigma training or Green Belt certification (a plus)
