Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Team Lead responsible for guiding a high-performing team to deliver client work that meets service level agreements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of client work according to SLAs and manage workloads to prevent backlog
• Maintain a quality inspection pass rate of 95% or higher and oversee team performance on key deliverables
• Manage a team of 8+ individuals, conducting meetings and developing professional development plans

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of professional experience focused on operations and client service
• Proven experience managing a team of 8+ members
• Strong computer literacy in various tools (email, CRM, document tools, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to manage by KPIs and SLAs
