Key Responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to book high-quality meetings
• Utilize Salesforce, Outreach.io, and Sales Navigator for managing outreach and tracking progress
• Collaborate with Marketing and Enablement to optimize messaging and share performance insights

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or outbound sales role, preferably in SaaS or tech
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding activity and performance quotas
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach.io (or similar), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
• Curiosity and collaboration with a focus on refining processes and strategies
