Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support a Department of Veterans Affairs program.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from Business Process Hierarchy (BPH) and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) artifacts
• Track redundancies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for workflow improvements across workstreams
• Develop concise reports, dashboards, and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, industrial engineering, or a related field
• 3-7 years of experience in business analysis or process improvement, preferably in a federal environment
• Experience with process mapping and improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Familiarity with Section 508 compliance requirements and accessibility standards
• Experience working with ServiceNow or similar workflow/ticketing tools
