• Identifies and manages changes to existing Technical Operations processes including scope definition and implementation
• Establishes scalable and efficient processes to ensure smooth transitions to operational maintenance
• Develops project plans and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements for government programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of Analyst experience in writing requirements, developing solutions, and conducting testing
• Experience in compliance program objectives
• Proficiency in data analysis using SQL or business intelligence software
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
