Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a documentation repository for system and process documentation
• Gather business requirements through work sessions and interviews
• Oversee documentation specialists and ensure adherence to established documentation standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Ten or more years of experience as a business analyst in the healthcare industry
• 4+ years of Medicaid experience with MMIS
• Advanced experience with MS Office and documentation tools like SharePoint and Visio
• Experience with business processes and re-engineering
• Preferred - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
