Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Agile Development Team to document initiatives into features and user stories
• Manage the backlog and present user stories to stakeholders for feedback
• Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders and resolve user incidents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Knowledge of agile business analysis techniques
• Experience in translating complex business needs into user stories
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
