What You’ll Do

The Lifecycle Marketer will strategically engage our database and drive deeper relationships with construction professionals. In this critical role, you will own the journey of our leads and customers, developing targeted segmentations and implementing programs that address their specific needs and challenges throughout their engagement with us. In collaboration with Revenue Ops, you’ll own the marketing data needed for effective marketing campaigns and support the marketing team in execution of targeted and efficiently executed campaigns via Marketo and other platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Own and maintain the marketing database for accurate segmentation and compliance.
  • Strategize and execute targeted email and multichannel campaigns to drive conversions across the lead and customer lifecycle.
  • Develop and optimize automated email nurture programs to guide construction leads effectively.
  • Implement sophisticated segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts.
  • Leverage the marketing automation platform to build and manage timely, targeted campaigns. Provide operational support for list segmentation and campaign execution for marketing and sales.
  • Track key performance indicators and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights and optimize ROI.
  • Design and execute A/B tests across channels, with a focus on email, to maximize engagement. Socialize insights to drive improvement across the full team. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive messaging, and support Business Development with targeted outreach that is aligned and compatible with marketing efforts.
  • Develop and execute email strategies for product launches, key initiatives, and personalized ABM programs, staying informed of relevant trends and becoming well educated on the industry

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a B2B life cycle marketing role, with a strong understanding of database marketing and segmentation, ideally within the construction or a related industry.
  • Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing programs that drive measurable results within a complex B2B buying context.
  • Deep proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (Marketo and SFDC preferred) with experience in segmentation, nurture, and targeting.  
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex campaigns
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively partner with sales and technical teams
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Eagerness to deeply embrace and learn the nuances of the construction industry, our personas, and the buying cycle
  • A passion for process improvement—you enjoy creating systems that help your team and customers succeed at scale.
