Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market information to develop and implement innovative strategies for clients
• Prepare and present insurance proposals, managing the bidding process with carrier partners
• Monitor industry trends and maintain effective communication between the Account Team and carriers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
• 3-5 years' experience in a similar position
• Tennessee Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment)
• Proficient with MS Office and Excel
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
