Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Media Community Manager to support a global eCommerce brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor brand channels on platforms like Instagram and TikTok
• Engage with community members in real time and respond to comments and questions
• Identify and report on emerging social and cultural trends to inform content strategy

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in social media, community management, or digital copywriting
• Deep understanding of social platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok
• Experience developing and executing digital engagement strategies
• Familiarity with social media management tools such as Sprinklr or Sprout Social
• Proven ability to identify and act on trending moments in a timely manner
