Job Description

Join us for your placement year in summer 2025! Our internships are designed to give you an insight into what it's like to work for a world-renowned brand with a culture of support and community.

This Internship is based in our dynamic Sales-Controlling team, part of our Finance department. No two days are the same in this fast-paced environment, the ideal opportunity for a student with an interest in finance to gain an insight into the workings behind larger companies.

In this role you will be responsible for ...

    … parts of our legal entity pricing and claim management

    … dealing with multifaceted business queries from internal and external customers

   … collaborating and communicating to create regular business updates to the wider Bosch family

   … analysing domestic/commercial turnover developments across all product areas

   … participating in strategic forecasting processes on entity, group and world level 

   … maintaining our procedure documentation and develop new financial mapping tools

   … helping us continuously improve processes with digital transformation topics

Qualifications

Please note that to be eligible for this role, you must be an undergraduate student seeking a placement year as part of your degree - if you do not meet these criteria please consider applying for other positions.

You should …

… be an IT literate with an interest in learning more about digital business solutions (SAP).

… consider yourself as a person with good overall standards of literacy and numeracy.

… have a good practical knowledge of standard Windows software (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)

… have a strong organisational/planning skillset, helping to meet deadlines (also under pressure).

… enjoy working with others on challenging projects with steep, cross-functional learning curves (we have fun at work).

Right To Work: please ensure you have a valid Right To Work in the UK status for the entirety of the placement year upon submitting an application.

Additional Information

Expected Start Date: July 2025

Working Hours: 39 hours a week; Monday – Thursday 08.00 - 17.00 and Fridays 08.00 - 16.00 with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
