Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

You will be a part of an international team and responsible for different suppliers across Europe for 14 different Bosch Home Comfort plants.

  • As Supplier Responsible, you will manage and develop the supplier base under your responsibility to achieve high results in terms of:
    • Material Costs: Lead the yearly Price negotiations and inititate and lead Commercial projects like supplier changes;
    • Delivery: Support the Logistics Team if the supplier struggles to fulfill the demands;
    • Quality: Continuous improvement of supplier quality performance in cooperation with Purchasing Quality Team
  • Evaluate and ensure appropriate supplier capacities;
  • Ensure tooling life management and engineering changes management;
  • Manage tool purchase activities for suppliers by ensuring transparency for the cost.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you: 

Education: Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Business Management and Economics;

Experience: Ideally 2 years Experience as a Buyer or a Purchasing engineer;

Knowledge:

  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Supply chain management skills

Personality and way of working: Strong teamplayer with an analyical mindset and strong capabilities in problem solving;

Languages: Excellent level of English, written and spoken. French would be a plus.
