Key Responsibilities

• Identify operational needs and implement solutions for post-acute providers and healthcare clients
• Maintain awareness of regulatory developments and build trusted relationships with client executives
• Oversee client accounting engagements and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely completion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Healthcare industry experience, particularly in post-acute care or skilled nursing
• Master's degree and CPA are preferred
• Experience in developing remote team relationships and cultivating staff skills
• Ability to manage client services within budget and adapt to new technology
