Recruitment Specialist (US Healthcare)

MedCore Solutions, the healthcare division of Bizforce, is a global outsourcing company currently partnering with some of the leading firms in the US Healthcare sector. We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for healthcare positions within various organizations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full cycle recruitment for various healthcare roles.
• Utilize various platforms and methods to source and identify qualified candidates for healthcare positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and account teams to define client needs and ensure accurate candidate profiles are developed.
• Screen and evaluate candidates to determine their suitability for specified roles.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments, including reference checks and background investigations.
• Maintain candidate engagement and provide a quality experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate feedback in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain records of all interactions and recruitment outcomes.
• Work closely with hiring teams to ensure consistent communication regarding candidate progress.

Start Date: May 19, 2025

Working Hours: Monday to Friday; 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine Time; weekends are designated as days off.

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically focused on US healthcare roles.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in recruiting healthcare professionals is a must.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle administrative tasks as needed.
• Excellent candidate management and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to work in US time zones (graveyard shifts are expected).
