As an Outpatient Specialist at bioMerieux, you will play a vital role in growing and maintaining our customer base while driving the success of our BIOFIRE product line. This hybrid role emphasizes both direct sales and collaboration with distribution partners as you work to increase adoption and market share within your assigned territory. You'll be actively engaging with outpatient clinics affiliated with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and those that aren’t, making your expertise crucial to achieving territory sales goals. In this collaborative atmosphere, you will build valuable relationships with key customers and opinion leaders, ensuring that their needs are not just met, but anticipated. Your responsibilities will also include managing sales opportunities, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing critical feedback to our marketing team regarding our products and the competitive landscape. You will have the chance to attend and participate in key industry conferences and symposiums, making your impact felt across the field. This position requires strong knowledge of molecular biology and experience in commercial sales, which will empower you to forecast pipeline accuracy effectively and close high-value accounts.
