Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative Manager to lead a remote team of Sales Development Representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of SDRs to meet and exceed appointment-setting goals
• Oversee daily operations of the SDR function, including call quality and productivity
• Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate team performance and identify growth areas

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring a sales or outbound calling team
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-velocity outbound environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
