Key Responsibilities

• Own and administer HubSpot CRM, managing workflows, data hygiene, and reporting
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to refine sales processes across the funnel
• Build dashboards and reporting to track KPIs and drive accurate forecasting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or similar roles in B2B tech or cybersecurity
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM
• Deep understanding of technical sales processes and metrics
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, data visualization, and BI/reporting tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
