Required Qualifications and Education

• Hands-on experience in TPA billing practices
• Proficiency in billing platforms such as PensionPro, FT Williams, QuickBooks, and NetSuite
• Strong understanding of accrual and GAAP accounting principles
• Experience in team supervision and coaching
• Ability to prepare detailed performance reports and identify process improvements
