Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Solutions Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively respond to product/service inquiries via telephone, email, or fax
  • Accurately place and process orders according to guidelines
  • Follow up on outbound calls, assigned cases, and unresolved customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Proficient in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent customer service experience
  • Ability to work a schedule of Monday-Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (EST)
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (at least 10 Mbps)
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) with an average typing speed of 40 wpm
