Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and support for faculty, staff, and students to foster an inclusive environment for academic excellence
• Manage fiscal and human resources while delivering high-value academic programs
• Build relationships with alumni and the community, seeking philanthropic support and enhancing interdisciplinary collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 15 years of relevant academic and administrative experience in executive positions in higher education
• An earned doctorate or another terminal degree
• Demonstrated capacity for leadership of a multi-disciplinary unit
• Experience in designing and implementing strategic planning processes
• Commitment to technology and innovation in supporting student success
