Reach your full potential as a Social Media Intern

As a Social Media Intern, you’ll join our Employer Branding (EB) team, part of the Communications department. Together, we ensure consistency in our brand voice and messaging across platforms. You will collaborate with our communication experts in Dordrecht and Delfzijl, playing a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s online presence.  

Your passion for statistics and marketing analytics will guide our strategy, particularly on TikTok. By analysing performance metrics, you’ll help us understand what works and develop data-driven approaches to inspire and connect with our audience.

A sneak peek into your week

• Kick off your day with a coffee and a catch-up with your team
• Check your inbox and messages, planning your priorities
• Review the content calendar to ensure posts are on track
• Pitch ideas and brainstorm fresh strategies in content meetings
• Enjoy lunch with your team, followed by a walk or table football
• Dive into crafting captions and other copywriting tasks
• Assist with creating eye-catching posts for our internal platform, the Hub
• Explore TikTok trends and analyse content performance for our strategy

This is you

You have a creative and innovative mindset and thrive in collaborative brainstorming sessions. Social media is second nature to you, and you have experience posting across various channels. You keep up with the latest trends and best practices, ensuring your content is always fresh and engaging.

You:

• Are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Creative Communications or a related field
• Have experience creating TikToks (a plus)
• Have a strong command of written and spoken English

• An internship compensation of €500 gross per month (based on a 40-hour workweek and HBO/WO level)
