The Sales Representative for our smallest agencies is a quota-carrying individual responsible for selling Axon’s full suite of products (hardware, software, and service solutions) to new and existing law enforcement customers via telesales and onsite client visits.
This is a hybrid role where you will work in a Boston office located downtown 2 days a week and remote from home on the other days.

The Pay: The compensation for this role is made up of an uncapped commissions and a starting base pay between USD 52000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 78000 in the highest geographic market. On average, the national commissions target for this role is USD USD 122,000. On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role will be a combination of base pay and the commissions target for the role. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: experience, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and geographic market demands and often a combination of all these factors.
