Avis Greece is on the hunt for an exceptional HR business partner. As an HR business partner performs a crucial role, serving as a link between the strategic goals of a business and the people responsible for getting the company where it needs to be. HRBPs work with department leaders, managers, and key stakeholders to unlock the potential of all business areas and they can have a huge impact on the way an organization is both built and run.

🎯 Your Mission:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers within the business unit and departments.
  • Collaborate closely with HR team members to ensure effective delivery of core HR processes, strategies, and practices.
  • Champion the execution of both tactical and strategic elements of the HR agenda.
  • Engage in strategic workforce planning to ensure the organization's workforce is optimized for future needs.
  • Lead the recruitment cycle plan, aligning it with business unit/department needs and priorities.
  • Facilitate and manage talent reviews and succession planning in partnership with management.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with the Learning & Development function to align training programs with business objectives.
  • Monitor and implement the Performance Management process to align with company objectives.
  • Drive associate engagement programs and act as a subject matter expert in Employee Relations.
  • Monitor employee insights to proactively enhance employee relations, retention, and reward initiatives.
  • Provide advice and recommendations for culture-related initiatives and cultural transformation.
  • Collaborate with management and personnel to resolve conflicts and foster a positive working environment, boosting morale and reducing turnover.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of employment law, regulations, and legal requirements related to people management.
  • Utilize data insights to enhance processes, employee engagement, and policy alignment across the business.

🌟 What Spells Success: Your Qualifications

  • Educational Background: BSc degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; an MSc in Human Resources is an asset.
  • Experience: 2–3 years in an HR Business Partner role or similar position.
  • HR Expertise: Proven experience in recruitment, organizational development, and employee relations. Prior experience in Talent Acquisition (Industry or agency) will be considered as a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and experienced in using recruitment tools and social media for sourcing.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Team Player: Collaborative, enthusiastic, able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professionalism: Handles multiple projects with integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Ability to link strategic sourcing solutions with business objectives and talent strategies.
