Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Maintenance Coordinator to provide technical support and advice related to automotive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely responses to orders submitted via phone and email
• Review proposals to ensure services align with manufacturer requirements and negotiate pricing
• Contact clients for recommendations and approval on repair procedures

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in the Kansas City Metropolitan area or surrounding KS/MO counties
• Six months of customer service experience required
• Six months of automotive maintenance or repair experience required
• Degree in Automotive Technology and ASE certifications preferred
