At Athena, we’re on the lookout for a dynamic Sr. Coordinator, Events & Experiences who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Our marketing consultancy blends strategic thinking and creative execution, helping organizations elevate their presence and performance. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of our team, diligently supporting the end-to-end planning and execution of amazing live events and brand activations. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution, and maintaining detailed project trackers. You will have the chance to bring your creative insights to life, translating client objectives into impactful event formats, and overseeing technical essentials. Your expertise in event strategy will come into play as you manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and coordinate multiple deliverables. The vibrant culture at Athena emphasizes collaboration, ensuring that you’re never alone on this journey. You’ll also conduct post-event analyses to gather feedback and improve future projects.
