Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager to support project management teams for infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of project management including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk
• Prepare and process documentation for proposals and invoices, ensuring proper authorization and scheduling
• Build strong client relationships to ensure project delivery meets expectations and identify opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/Bang/BArch) or equivalent related experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction project management support role preferred
• Experience with accounts payable/accounts receivable, data processing, and vendor management is highly preferred
