Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in Marketing, MarTech, or a cross-functional operational environment
• Strong understanding of program management methodologies and tools
• Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in a technology-driven or B2C marketing organization is a plus
