Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager to assist with project management duties and support the project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist project team on various assignments and develop project scope and schedule
• Coordinate activities of subcontractors and manage minor renovation projects
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Coordinator or Business Support role
• Basic knowledge of construction, architecture, or commercial real estate
• Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with executive-level clients
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
