A company is looking for a Program Manager to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and address inquiries from external and internal contacts
• Analyze contact drivers weekly and propose resolutions to reduce inquiries
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a project coordinator, program manager, or related role
• Experience working at Microsoft Customer Service and Support or Sales (3-5 years preferred)
• 5-7 years of Tier 3 or Tier 4 Customer Service experience in the Technology industry
• Familiarity with designing/managing process flows and building process documentation
• Proficient in MS Office
